WHERE?

 

This has always been a great concern at essencia and has led us to choose spectacular locations that inspire art. We have followed the path of great painters, poets and aristocrats who have left their mark on our island and we wanted to share with you some of their favorite places that inspire and exhale natural beauty.

 

 

Balconies overlooking the Mediterranean, old medieval villages, incredible monasteries or small olive oil mills in the Serra de Tramuntana. Converted into new scenarios to enjoy authentic gastronomy.

HOW?

With the effort of Years and Generations immersed in our Traditions to turn them into knowledge extracting the simple essence of the Mediterranean and thus to be able to be authentic hosts.

WHEN?

In 1997 we embarked on our first adventure of this project, combining the hard daily duties required by the professional artisan fishing to which we were dedicated with a small and special restaurant where we served daily catches made that same day at sea accompanied by small starters made with family recipes from mothers, aunts and grandmothers who guided and nagged us until the perfection of the recipe.

WHY?

Simply because we love what we do. It is very comforting to know so many of your experiences and to be able to share these magical memories that are formed around a good table with good company. This is how we become part of this great international family that you become when you enter our well-kept rooms.
